What does  Warmly do?

Warmly supercharges your context on attendees in upcoming meetings during your video calls. We give you a deeper background on the folks you’re meeting with in advance so you can rock those virtual meetings and build better rapport with them.

How will Warmly help me build relationships?

Great question, Warmly helps you with relationship building through, people insights, company insights, and background Signatures. People insights give you unique information about the people you're meeting with so you can build rapport with them quickly. Company insights allow you to mention their latest company news and view their org chart to help you power through the sales cycle. Background Signatures are an upgrade from virtual backgrounds, they help you stand out in every meeting.

What is the running late feature?

When your Meeting Timer reaches five minutes remaining in your current meeting, you receive a notification that your meeting is ending soon. If you know you may be a few minutes late to your next meeting, you can use Warmly's Running Late feature - a templated email that goes to all meeting participants (yourself included). With two clicks, advise others that you are running a few minutes late. This email is sent via BCC (to protect participants privacy).
