Scenario

Your sales team wants to engage with all ICP prospects visiting your website, but you don’t have the resources for your team to enter each session manually and try to get the prospects to respond. Using Warmly’s AI Chat feature, Warmly will send two AI-generated and personalized messages to these prospects when they hit your website. From there, Warmly will only notify you via a Slack notification if and only if the prospect has responded to the AI Chat messages. Your team will have the full context of the conversation in Slack, and can decide whether or not to enter the conversation, picking up where the AI Chat left off, and finish engaging with the prospect.
