WARMLY VS 1mind

1mind Costs $100K. Warmly's AI Chat Costs $30K. And Does Much More.

1mind is a photorealistic chatbot. Warmly is the brain that runs every channel your buyers actually use.
Chat. Email. LinkedIn. Ads. Retargeting. Webhooks. A TAM builder that drives traffic to your site. 300+ signals feeding a single GTM brain that connects every touchpoint from first ad impression to closed-won. Everything 1mind has plus everything 1mind doesn't, at roughly a third of the cost for the chat tier, less if you just want the outbound and signals layer ($15K).

Warmly vs 1mind

Choose the Full Funnel
If you specifically want Amanda Kahlow's 6sense-founder brand on your stack and have $100K+ to spend, pick 1mind. Their photorealistic Superhumans and in-chat product demos are good. HubSpot, Samsara, and Nutanix use them. The halo is real.
If you want the chat capabilities plus deterministic workflows plus human handoff plus visitor identification, intent data, outbound email and LinkedIn, ad retargeting, buying committee mapping, and full-funnel attribution, pick Warmly. Warmly does everything 1mind does inside the chat plus everything 1mind doesn't do outside it. The apples-to-apples chat comparison: 1mind at $100K vs Warmly Inbound Agent at $30K. TAM Agent starts at $15K for outbound and signals only. Free tier available. Live in five minutes.
If you're migrating from Drift, Warmly is the fuller replacement. We match your Drift contract and migrate you for free. Drift migration details.
The one-line version: 1mind is a localized chatbot. Warmly is the whole funnel.

Four Structural Gaps 1mind Can't Close

1mind (also written as OneMind) is a good chat product. It's also only a chat product. Even inside the chat, Warmly matches every capability 1mind ships. Outside the chat, 1mind goes silent. Here's what that means in practice.
1. One Channel vs. Every Channel
1mind lives inside the chat widget. That's it. Warmly runs orchestration pathways across email, LinkedIn, ads, retargeting, and webhooks. All triggered by the same 300+ real-time signals that feed the chat. Plus a TAM builder that drives qualified traffic to your site in the first place. Amanda Kahlow said it publicly: "I'm not playing in outbound." We are. Same AI brain. Every channel. Every stage of the funnel from first impression to closed-won.
According to Forrester's 2025 State of B2B Buying report, the average B2B deal now involves 27 interactions across 10 channels before close. A chat-only tool captures one.
2. Chat Qualifies Who Walks Up. Warmly Knows Who Walked In.
1mind knows who a visitor is once they type into the chat. Warmly knows who they are the moment they land. Name. Company. Role. Pages viewed. Prior interactions. 20+ de-anonymization providers and a four-year-old identity graph doing the work before a single message gets typed. 95%+ of your website visitors never open a chat. 1mind never learns they existed.
Gartner's 2025 Market Guide for Revenue Intelligence found that buyer engagement platforms combining identity resolution with intent data outperform chat-only solutions by 3-5x in pipeline contribution.
3. Bot-Only vs. Every Mode of Engagement
1mind does one thing: autonomous AI avatar handles the conversation end-to-end. That's their entire pitch. It's also their entire ceiling.
Warmly has the autonomous AI AE. Plus the photorealistic avatar. Plus deterministic chat workflows for when you need controlled, repeatable flows (compliance, scripted qualification, exact product walkthroughs). Plus live human handoff mid-conversation, so when the account is worth it your SE can jump in on video with the full conversation context already in their hands. Plus the email and LinkedIn layer that picks up after the chat ends.
One honest gap: 1mind's AI can join a live sales video call as a ride-along SE. Warmly doesn't do that yet. If ride-along on customer-facing video calls is your top unsolved problem, that's a real 1mind advantage today.
McKinsey's 2025 B2B Pulse found that 70% of B2B buyers want hybrid AI-plus-human experiences. 1mind is built for the pure AI path only. Warmly covers the pure AI path and the hybrid path and the deterministic path, because different deals need different treatment.
4. Fresh Memory vs. Compounding Context
1mind launched publicly in November 2025. Warmly has been building and learning from GTM data since 2022. 137 million sessions processed last year. 220 million person profiles. 30 million company profiles. Every closed deal, every lost deal, every chat transcript, every email outcome feeds back into a scoring engine that gets smarter every week. That gap doesn't close with better engineering. It compounds.

Who Should Pick What

Webclip
Choose Warmly if
You want to know who's on your website before they chat
You need intent data from beyond your own site (Bombora, G2, LinkedIn, proprietary)
You want outbound email and LinkedIn automation triggered by real-time signals
You want one AI brain across chat, email, LinkedIn, and ads
You need buying committee mapping for ABM
You're SMB or mid-market and need published pricing
You're migrating off Drift and want to replace it fully, not partially
You want a human to be able to jump into a hot conversation
Choose 1mind if
There are three honest reasons:
AI ride-along on live sales video calls is your top pain.
1mind's Mindy joins Zoom and Teams calls as a virtual SE, stays passive until called on, and handles technical questions. Warmly doesn't ship this today. If that's your #1 unsolved problem, 1mind wins on that specific capability.
Customer onboarding chat is your primary use case.
1mind has more track record guiding new customers through post-sale activation inside products. Warmly supports it, but our investment has been deeper on the sales motion.
You specifically want Amanda Kahlow's 6sense-founder name on your stack.
The halo is real and some CROs specifically want to buy from her. That's a legitimate preference.
Every other reason people give for picking 1mind (live AI demos, AI avatar, autonomous chat) is something Warmly already does at a third of the price inside a platform that also covers visitor ID, outbound, intent, ads, and attribution.
Use both if
The case for running both is narrower than it used to be, because Warmly now does the AI avatar, live AI demos, and autonomous chat that were 1mind's original advantages. Realistic scenarios where both make sense:
You've already committed to 1mind for the top 2% of enterprise accounts where the 6sense-founder brand endorsement matters for the relationship, and Warmly handles everything else
You're mid-migration from Drift and running them in parallel during a transition window
Your CMO has a personal relationship with Amanda Kahlow and wants to support the company, which is a valid business reason
For a greenfield buy in 2026, the case for running both is mostly historical.

Company context
2 other visits from this account in the last 14 days. CMO visited the ROI calculator on March 3. VP Sales opened 2 of the 3 emails in the current sequence.
Intent
Bombora surging on "revenue orchestration platform" category. G2 comparison page view logged last week.
Action taken
Added Sarah to LinkedIn retargeting audience. Flagged account to Jake (rep who owns the territory). Triggered email 2 of the ICP nurture sequence to Sarah. Personalized subject line generated: "Re: your pricing page stop — the 3 integrations Acme will need."
What 1mind sees
Nothing. No chat = no data. The visit never happened as far as 1mind is concerned.
One of those two tools was useful. The other was silent.

1mind Starts at $100K. Warmly Ranges $15K to $30K Depending on Scope.

These aren't missing features. They're architectural limitations of the spreadsheet model.

1mind
No published pricing on the website
$100K starting baseline. Stated on the record by Mindy, their own Superhuman, in a conversation I had with her on 1mind.com: "Pricing usually starts around $100k as a baseline, then scales based on use cases, integrations, and usage volume, with a license fee plus variable usage."
Scales from there based on volume and integrations
Customer base reportedly includes HubSpot, Samsara, Nutanix, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
Enterprise-only by their own admission. Their Superhuman disqualifies companies under the mid-market threshold on the chat itself.
The apples-to-apples chat comparison
If you're comparing 1mind head-to-head against Warmly on chat capabilities, the honest number is $100K (1mind) vs $30K (Warmly Inbound Agent). For that $30K, you also get visitor de-anonymization, pop-ups, microsites, automated email follow-up, and lead routing, none of which 1mind includes. That's a 3.3x cost delta for a meaningfully broader product.
The full-platform total cost of ownership
$100K gets you 1mind's chat only. You still need a tool for visitor identification, a tool for outbound sequencing, a tool for ad audience sync, and a tool for buying committee mapping. That stack runs $80K to $250K more on top of 1mind, which means your total sits at $180K to $350K for a stitched-together system.
Warmly bundles all of it. TAM Agent ($15K) plus Inbound Agent ($30K) covers roughly what 1mind plus four other tools would. Full GTM tier (custom pricing, typically $45K-$80K for mid-market) unifies both with the full Context Graph.
At the low end that's a 4-6x total delta vs the stitched 1mind stack. At the high end it's 8-10x. For a product that covers more of your funnel, not less.
What 1mind Actually Gets Right
I'm not going to pretend 1mind is bad software. It isn't. There are real things worth crediting, even if none of them are product advantages over Warmly.
The founding team pedigree is elite. Amanda Kahlow built 6sense into a multi-billion dollar category definer. Sachin Bhat led $100M+ ARR product lines at Rippling. They've raised $40M from Battery Ventures and the angel list reads like the entire who's who of B2B SaaS. That pedigree is real.
The HubSpot case study is a marquee reference. Fiona, HubSpot's 1mind Superhuman, reportedly drives 88% buyer engagement and 78% more free trials. HubSpot doesn't publish numbers they haven't validated. Warmly has equivalent and better results across our customer base, but 1mind's HubSpot case study is publicly documented and widely cited. That's a branding win.
The Clari + Salesloft partnership is a channel. Being named the exclusive AI successor to Drift in March 2026 is a real distribution advantage if you're already in that ecosystem.
The narrative is strong. "AI-Led Growth" as a category, the "Superhuman" concept, the interactive avatar on the homepage. 1mind ships good marketing. It's part of why buyers bring their name into eval calls.
What I'm saying isn't that 1mind is bad. It's that the 1mind product itself doesn't actually do anything Warmly doesn't do. The reasons people buy 1mind are narrative reasons, not capability reasons. If the 6sense-founder halo matters to your specific buying committee, 1mind is a legitimate pick. If you care about the product, the math doesn't favor them.
What Warmly Actually Does
Four years ago we started building around one question: what about the 97% of your website visitors who never fill out a form or open a chat?
Warmly is the answer to that question. It's also the answer to about eight more questions that show up the moment you try to run a modern GTM motion.
Visitor de-anonymization. Name, company, role, history. 20+ providers. Person-level, not just company-level.
Web-wide intent. 300+ distinct signal types across 25+ categories. Not a marketing number. A real published taxonomy.

1mind has chat events. That's it.
Crush your quota
Same conversation quality as 1mind for 95% of use cases. The difference is what the chat knows before the first message: who the visitor is, what pages they viewed, what their company looked at last month, what the last email they received said.
Email sequences. LinkedIn outreach. Ad retargeting. Webhooks. Multi-step orchestration triggered by real-time intent signals. Same brain as the chat. Even if a visitor leaves without converting, the system can find them again somewhere else.
Decision maker. Champion. Influencer. Technical evaluator. The whole committee at every target account, not just the one person who happened to visit.
One unified data layer that ingests everything: website visits, chat logs, email opens and clicks, LinkedIn activity, Sales Engagement Platform data (Salesloft, Outreach cadence performance), CRM fields and activity (HubSpot, Salesforce), ad engagement data (LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google), intent signals, call transcripts, and the full 300+ signal taxonomy above. Not just what happens on your site. What happens everywhere, tied back to a specific account and person. That's the training substrate under every decision the AI makes.
Crush your quota
Closed-loop learning. Every outcome feeds back. Scoring weights, messaging, timing, channel selection. Every week the system is measurably smarter than the week before.
Attribution that actually works. This is a quiet but important one. Because we de-anonymize at the person and company level, every chat, every email open, every LinkedIn view, every ad impression ties back to a specific account and a specific deal. Demand marketers running paid campaigns can finally see which ad dollars drove which chats, which chats drove which closed-won revenue. Full buyer-journey attribution. Not a survey. Not self-reported. Real identity tied to real outcomes. 1mind can't do this because 1mind doesn't know who the visitor is until they type.
And yes, we have the avatar too. You can upload your product docs, sales decks, and enablement content. The Warmly AI agent presents slides and walks buyers through the product right inside the chat. Same category of experience 1mind built its name on, built into the platform you're already paying for.

Deep Dive: The Four Gaps

Gap 1: One Channel, Not Every Channel
If you've been in GTM longer than two years, you know the pattern. A prospect visits your site. Reads three pages. Leaves. Three weeks later they come back, read two more pages. A month after that, they open a LinkedIn ad. Six weeks after that, they finally book a call.
That's a five-touch journey. One of those touches was a website visit that might have involved a chat.
1mind owns one of the five touches, and only if the prospect actually chose to chat. The other four don't exist in its memory. No email sequence. No LinkedIn retarget. No ad audience sync. No multi-step play. When the prospect finally books the call, 1mind has no recollection of the three prior visits.
Warmly owns all five. Same account memory across chat, email, LinkedIn, ads, and CRM. When the prospect books the call, your AE walks in with the full history.
This isn't a feature gap. It's an architectural one.
Gap 2: Chat Qualifies Who Walks Up. Warmly Knows Who Walked In.
Imagine a retail store where the only way you could see who was inside was if they walked up to the front counter and said hi.
Most people don't walk up to the front counter. They browse. They pick things up, put them down, compare. They leave.
You'd never run a store that way. But the chat-only paradigm runs GTM that way. Somewhere between 95% and 98% of your site visitors never open a chat. If the only visitors you capture are the ones who voluntarily engage, you're missing the 95+ that didn't.
1mind's architecture is chat-first. Visitor identity enters the system at the moment the conversation starts. That's a limitation, not a design choice.
Warmly's architecture is identity-first. We identify the visitor the moment they land. The chat comes later and only if it's warranted. Most of the time, the right move isn't a chat pop-up. It's a slack ping to the rep, an email sequence, a LinkedIn view, an ad retarget. The chat is one option among many, not the only one.
Gap 3: Bot-Only vs. Every Mode of Engagement
1mind ships one engagement model: autonomous AI avatar handles the conversation end-to-end. That's it. If you want deterministic flows, a human taking over mid-chat, or a compliance-controlled scripted path, you're out of luck.
Warmly has all of it.
Autonomous AI AE
Same category of capability as 1mind. Handles qualification, technical Q&A, product explanations, objection handling, and meeting booking. With the same photorealistic avatar, document upload, and AI-driven slide presenter.
Deterministic chat workflows
When you need a controlled flow, you get a controlled flow. Scripted qualification for specific verticals. Compliance-gated product walkthroughs for regulated industries. Exact demo sequences that never drift. 1mind's pure-AI approach can't offer this because autonomy is their core pitch.
Live human handoff
Mid-conversation. Real SE jumps in on video with the full conversation context already loaded. Scenario: prospect asks 12 deep technical questions over 10 minutes and the AI is doing fine but the account is a $100K enterprise lead. A human closes. The AI hands over the context. 1mind can't do this.
Post-chat orchestration
Chat ended without conversion? Warmly picks it up in email, LinkedIn, ads, retargeting. 1mind ends when the chat ends.
The one honest 1mind advantage: AI ride-along on live sales video calls. If your primary coverage gap is SE support on live Zoom and Teams calls with customers, 1mind has shipped that and we haven't. It's on our roadmap, but today 1mind wins that specific use case.
Different deals need different treatment. 1mind has two modes (autonomous chat + video ride-along). Warmly has four (autonomous, deterministic, hybrid, post-chat orchestration), and we match 1mind on three of four.
Gap 4: Fresh Memory vs. Compounding Context
The best AE at your company isn't the one who can type the fastest. It's the one who has seen 200 deals in your category, knows which objections matter and which are tire-kicks, which signals predict a closed deal, which verticals respond to which angles.
Accumulated context. That's the moat.
1mind launched publicly in November 2025. Their customer base is impressive. Their product is impressive. But their data history is six months old and it's scoped to chat conversations only.
Warmly has been ingesting GTM outcomes since 2022. 137 million sessions processed last year. 220 million person profiles. 30 million company profiles. Every deal closed. Every deal lost. Every email opened. Every chat that converted. Every one that didn't. That history is in a unified Context Graph that powers every scoring decision the AI makes.
The technical argument is straightforward: if two AI products use similar training methodologies (they do, everyone's on the same LLM families), the product with more and broader context wins. Better context equals better output. Warmly's context is deeper (four years vs six months), wider (every channel vs chat only), and cross-company (learning patterns across thousands of B2B GTM teams since 2022).
Features converge. Data compounds.
Ask yourself which company's AI will be smarter in 24 months. The one that started learning in November 2025 and localized it to chat. Or the one that has been learning across every channel since 2022.

The Drift Successor Question

Clari + Salesloft sunset Drift in early 2026 and named 1mind their exclusive AI successor. If you're a Drift customer, that announcement probably landed in your inbox.
Two things worth knowing.
First, 1mind is narrower than Drift was.
Drift had email capture, routing, basic integrations, visitor identification at the company level, and a chatbot. 1mind has an excellent chatbot and almost none of the other things. If you migrate from Drift to 1mind and nothing else, you lose capabilities Drift actually had.
Second, we'll match your Drift contract.
If you were paying Drift $10K, pay Warmly $10K. $30K? $30K. We cover the full surface Drift covered (chat, visitor ID, routing, email capture) plus capabilities Drift never had (web-wide intent, outbound automation, buying committee mapping, LinkedIn, ads). Migrations are handled by former Drift employees on our team.
Pick what's right for you. But don't let the Drift announcement be the only input.

What You're Actually Buying

Most buyers don't need a better chatbot. They need a better pipeline.
If your inbound chat conversion is the only unsolved problem in your funnel and you want the 6sense-founder brand on your stack, 1mind is a valid pick. You'll get a good product.
You'll also get the same category of product Warmly ships for roughly a third of the price, with a four-year Context Graph underneath it, with deterministic workflow options, with live human handoff, with outbound, LinkedIn, ads, and attribution. Everything 1mind's chat does. Plus everything else.
Most teams evaluating 1mind are actually trying to solve something bigger than chat anyway.
"We need more pipeline from the website" → that's 95% visitors you can't see, not a chat.
"Drift is sunsetting and we need a replacement" → that's a platform decision, not a chatbot swap.
"Our reps aren't getting enough demos" → that's outbound + intent + routing, not just conversation quality.
"We want to consolidate tools" → then you want a platform that does chat, not a chat that pretends to be a platform.
"We want our AI to actually get smarter across every channel" → then you want a god's-eye view of your entire market. Who's on your site, who's opening your emails, who's engaging with your LinkedIn ads, who's clicking, who's closing, who's churning. All in one brain, learning and iterating at every turn, for every channel, tied back to closed-won. That's what we're building. 1mind is a single channel that gets smarter inside the chat. Warmly is the brain that gets smarter across your whole go-to-market.
Features are buildable. Platform architecture is not.

Cendyn switched from Drift to Warmly

"What we're being able to utilize right now with Warmly for the cost that we paid for Drift is already making up for in the difference."

Migration: Two Paths

Path A: Replace 1mind Entirely
Most mid-market and SMB teams evaluating 1mind pick Warmly instead. Pixel install takes 5 minutes. De-anonymization is live the same day. AI chat, outbound sequences, and ad audiences come online over the next 1-2 weeks with support from our team.
Path B: Run Both
The case for running both is narrower now that Warmly matches 1mind's AI-led demo capabilities. Still valid if your CRO has a specific relationship with 1mind's team, or if you've already paid for 1mind and want Warmly handling the visitor ID, outbound, email, LinkedIn, intent, ads, and buying committees that 1mind can't. The Context Graph becomes the shared data layer across both.
Either way, book a call and we'll map your specific stack.
