Go to Integrations in your Warmly dashboard and connect your Pipedrive account. One-click authentication. Both integrations — visitor sync and contact enrichment — activate from the same connection.

Step 2: Set up real-time contact enrichment

Under the Enrichment integration, map Warmly fields to your Pipedrive person records. Recommended field mapping:

  • Job title — populated on contact creation
  • Seniority — VP, Director, Manager, IC
  • Department — Sales, Marketing, RevOps, etc.
  • LinkedIn URL — for rep research and LinkedIn outreach
  • Company size and industry — for ICP scoring

From this point on, every new contact created in Pipedrive — from any source — is automatically enriched. Multi-vendor waterfall coverage, deduplicated on write. No rep touches it.

Step 3: Push high-intent visitors to Pipedrive

From your Visitors dashboard in Warmly, filter to your target segment. You can filter by:

  • Company size, industry, or geography
  • ICP fit score
  • Pages visited (pricing, competitor, product)
  • Number of sessions or session duration

Map the fields you want to push — including session time, page views, UTMs, and LinkedIn — then enable the Pipedrive sync. Visitors matching your filter flow into Pipedrive automatically as new contacts with full context attached.

Step 4: Enable Inbound Agent for live conversion

Turn on Inbound Agent to engage high-intent visitors in real time while they're on your site. Inbound Agent identifies the visitor, checks their Warmly data, and engages them with a contextual message — all logged back to Pipedrive automatically. Use it on high-intent pages: pricing, demo request, competitor comparison.

Step 5 (Advanced): Run TAM Agent and Outbound Agent on your Pipedrive lists

Use TAM Agent to build AI-scored lists from your total addressable market based on your best-fit customer profile. Push those lists directly to Pipedrive. Then run Outbound Agent on top of those contacts for autonomous multi-channel prospecting sequences. No CSV exports, no manual list building — your pipeline fills itself.
