This week we shipped AI email generation. I built it after pulling our own no-reply reports and watching half the names go silent on the inbox while posting on LinkedIn the same week. Today we're shipping the LinkedIn half: a native HeyReach integration. Drop a HeyReach step into any Warmly orchestration to trigger LinkedIn outreach the moment a signal fires. AI writes the email. HeyReach delivers the LinkedIn touch through your own pre-built campaigns. One signal, both channels. Live in every paid Warmly workspace.
TLDR
- HeyReach is now a native step inside Warmly's orchestration builder. Drop it in, pick a campaign, pick a sender or round-robin across a pool, save.
- The step triggers your HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns automatically the moment a Warmly signal fires. No CSV exports. No manual lead adds.
- Combined with AI email generation (live this week), you get a signal-triggered two-channel motion: AI writes the email, your HeyReach campaign delivers the LinkedIn touch, both fire on the same buying committee.
- HeyReach senders are LinkedIn accounts, not Warmly users. Pool multiple accounts in a campaign and round-robin across them to ride LinkedIn's rate limits without burning rep profiles.
- Ships inside Autopilot. HeyReach license is bring-your-own.
Why This Is Immediately Useful to a Demand Gen Leader
You spend most of the marketing budget driving qualified traffic. A meaningful slice gets identified and qualified on-site. A smaller slice leaves an email. Half don't book. That last group is where pipeline lives.
Even with a strong warm email follow-up, a meaningful chunk of that segment still goes silent. I ran the report on the non-responders on our own funnel. Eight of the top ten were CROs, founders, heads of revenue, VPs of sales. The exact buyers we'd built Warmly for. Half of them had posted on LinkedIn that same week. A few had liked a Warmly post in the last month. They hadn't gone dark on us as a company. They'd gone dark on the inbox.
LinkedIn warm reply rates run 10-15% in our own benchmarks and the broader category. Email warm reply rates run 2-5% on a good day. Every demand gen leader I talk to says the same thing about LinkedIn: "We know it works better. We can't operationalize it."
So the warmest moment in the funnel kept passing through a channel half the committee doesn't read. You don't fix that with a better subject line. You fix it by being on the other channel.
Three early-read numbers off our first two weeks running the integration on our own funnel:
- Buying committee coverage per signal-fired account. From 1.2 contacts (email only) to 3.4 contacts (email + HeyReach LinkedIn campaign).
- Connection acceptance rate. 38-42% on signal-triggered campaigns, vs. industry cold benchmark in the low 20s. Most of the lift comes from the request copy being written for the specific signal in HeyReach, fired the same hour the prospect engaged.
- Reply rate on the accepted-connection follow-up. 14-18%, vs. industry warm benchmark of 10-15%.
Honest caveat: if you point this at a cold list with thin context, you'll see the same flat numbers everyone gets on cold LinkedIn. Run the warm motion.
How It Works
Two orchestration steps. Same signal. Different jobs.
The AI email step writes the email. The model sees the signal that triggered the orchestration, the chat transcript if there was one, enriched person and company data, the contact's CRM stage, every page they hit this session, and any second or third-party intent signals on the account. It writes a personalized subject and body. Sends.
The HeyReach step adds the contact to a HeyReach campaign you've already built on their side. HeyReach owns the LinkedIn connection request, the follow-up message, the sender rotation, and the rate-limit-aware dispatch. Warmly fires the trigger and pushes the contact. HeyReach runs the campaign.
Both steps live in the same orchestration. Drop both onto the same filter and they fire in parallel on every contact in the buying committee.
A note on what's coming. AI message generation for LinkedIn (subject and body for connection requests and follow-up messages, written off the same context the email step uses) is on the roadmap. For now, the HeyReach campaign carries the LinkedIn copy. Build it once in HeyReach, fire it everywhere from Warmly.
Why HeyReach
HeyReach is the strongest LinkedIn outreach platform we evaluated, and the only one we considered partnering with. Three reasons.
Account safety is the product, not an afterthought. They built sender-pool management, request pacing, and connection hygiene as the core engineering problem from day one. Most LinkedIn outreach tools treat account safety as a setting you remember to turn on; HeyReach treats it as the thing the company is for. That's why their published positioning is "the most reliable LinkedIn automation tool" and why their customers don't lose accounts.
The partner surface is built right. Clean API. Real webhooks. Multi-account senders modeled as LinkedIn accounts, not as the Warmly user firing the campaign, which is the abstraction that lets you pool senders without burning rep profiles. They've already done this work with Clay, Instantly, and Smartlead. We're the latest. Their integration team turned around partner spec issues in hours, not weeks.
Their public playbooks read like they were written by someone who actually runs the motion. "How to follow up on LinkedIn without killing your reply rates." "LinkedIn outreach strategy for 2026: how to build campaigns that don't die after week two." If you're going to run serious LinkedIn outreach inside Warmly, read their guides too. They are the operator's manual for the channel.
The Plays
Play 1: Signal-triggered, two-channel touch on the full buying committee
Start here. This is the highest-ROI play, and the others are variations on the same shape with different triggers.
A Tier 1 ICP account hits the site twice in a week with at least one high-intent page (pricing, comparison, ROI calculator). The orchestration resolves the buying committee on the account (usually four to seven contacts). On every contact in parallel:
- The AI email step writes a personalized email off the signal and context. Sends.
- The HeyReach step adds the contact to your high-intent HeyReach campaign. HeyReach fires the connection request from a sender in the pool, and the follow-up lands two days later if the connection is accepted.
Total time from signal to first touch on both channels: under 10 minutes. Committee coverage approximately triples.
Play 2: Job change at a Tier 1 account
Champion lands in a new role at a new company. AI email step writes the congratulations email referencing what you helped them do at the last company. HeyReach step adds them to your "job change" campaign (you write the LinkedIn copy once; the campaign fires whenever a champion moves).
Play 3: Funding round
Account closes a funding round. HeyReach step adds the new CFO or VP of GTM to your "funding round" campaign. AI email step writes to the existing champion who's still there.
Play 4: Competitor user on your site
Someone running a competitor product hits your pricing or comparison page. HeyReach step adds them to your "competitor user" campaign (LinkedIn touch from a rep with category credibility). AI email step writes the head-to-head email.
Play 5: Research surge on your category
Bombora or a similar source flags a research surge on a non-customer. The full buying committee gets pushed into your "research surge" HeyReach campaign and gets a tailored email written by the AI step referencing the specific topic.
Play 6: Closed-lost win-back
Six-month-old closed-lost account hits the pricing page again. HeyReach step adds them to your win-back LinkedIn campaign. AI email step writes the lead-in email from marketing.
Play 7: Power-user stack (Warmly + Clay + HeyReach)
Warmly fires the signal and resolves the committee. Clay layers vertical-specific enrichment and AI validation. HeyReach runs the LinkedIn delivery. If you already live in Clay, this drops your hand-built workflows into a signal-triggered system.
Any signal you can filter on becomes a play. Any audience in your CRM becomes one too.
How to Turn It On
Open Settings, go to Data Providers, paste your HeyReach API key, click Connect.
In any orchestration, add the HeyReach step, pick a campaign, pick a sender (or leave it on round-robin), set the filter and trigger like any other step, save. Add the AI email step alongside it if you want the two-channel motion.
HeyReach is bring-your-own-license. Setup on their side takes about 15 minutes. If you're not in Warmly yet, this ships inside Autopilot. Book a demo and we'll walk through it on a live workspace.
FAQ
What is the Warmly HeyReach integration?
The Warmly HeyReach integration is a native orchestration step that triggers your HeyReach LinkedIn campaigns automatically the moment a Warmly signal fires. Warmly handles the signal stack, buying committee resolution, and the push into HeyReach. HeyReach handles the LinkedIn connection request, follow-up messages, sender rotation, and rate-limit-aware dispatch.
Does Warmly write the LinkedIn messages?
Not today. Your HeyReach campaign carries the LinkedIn copy. You build the campaign once in HeyReach (connection request + follow-up sequence) and Warmly's HeyReach step pushes contacts into it whenever your filter and trigger fire. AI message generation for LinkedIn is on the roadmap.
Can I run AI email and HeyReach LinkedIn from the same orchestration?
Yes, and that's the recommended setup. One orchestration, one signal, both steps firing in parallel on each contact in the buying committee. AI email writes the personalized email off the full signal and context. HeyReach delivers the LinkedIn touch via your pre-built campaign. The two channels read as coordinated to the buyer because they fire from the same signal.
How does HeyReach handle LinkedIn rate limits?
HeyReach treats each connected LinkedIn account as a sender in a pool. The Warmly orchestration step round-robins across the pool, or routes by territory or rep ownership. No single account hits the daily limit because load is distributed across multiple senders.
Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
If you point the integration at a cold list and blast generic requests, eventually, yes. Run it warm and signal-gated, with personalized request copy in your HeyReach campaign and conservative per-sender volumes, and account-safety risk is at the floor for the category. HeyReach's account-safety primitives are the strongest in the LinkedIn outreach category, and we lean on them entirely.
Do I need to buy a HeyReach license separately?
Yes. HeyReach is bring-your-own-license. You sign up with HeyReach directly, build your campaigns on their side, connect your LinkedIn senders, and paste the API key into Warmly Settings. Warmly doesn't resell HeyReach seats. Your AM can make an intro for procurement.
Does this work for international markets?
Yes. HeyReach supports LinkedIn outreach in any market where their senders are connected. You write the campaign copy on the HeyReach side, so language and localization are handled there.
What does the integration cost?
The integration is included in Autopilot, Warmly's inbound agent package. You'll separately need a HeyReach account. Book a demo for current pricing on both.
