Nobody Leaves: Build a Full-Funnel Orchestration Stack for Your Website
How Continu built an 8x pipeline machine by combining Warmly visitor identification, hot page triggers, multi-channel orchestrations, and a custom AI chatbot.
The Problem
Website traffic was going up at Continu, but Kevin McReady, Head of Demand Gen, had no idea who was visiting, what pages they were on, or why they were leaving. Leads were coming in the front door and walking right back out with no follow-up.

The Play
Continu built a full-funnel orchestration stack using Warmly to identify visitors, trigger follow-up, and qualify inbound leads through AI chat. Here is how they set it up.
Step 1: Install Warmly (takes about 10 seconds)
- Drop a script tag on your website. Warmly data starts populating almost immediately.
- “It’s literally just putting a tag on the website and then you’re done,” says Kevin.
Step 2: Define your hot pages
- Identify the pages that signal buying intent: pricing, product, demo, and any high-intent destination.
- When a visitor lands on one, automatically push them into the right orchestration for immediate sales follow-up.
Step 3: Build your orchestration flows
- Drag-and-drop workflow builder. If you have used HubSpot workflows, the logic is identical.
- Continu’s core flow: visitor hits a hot page, gets pushed into Salesforce via Gong flows, AE gets a Slack alert and follows up instantly.
- Marketing runs ABM emails and LinkedIn messages in parallel to the same visitors.
Step 4: Connect your full stack
- Warmly integrates with Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, and Gong. Wire them all together so identified visitors flow into the right system automatically.
- Each seat holder uses Warmly differently: AEs watch Slack for live chat alerts, marketing runs ABM sequences, CS monitors existing accounts.
Step 5: Deploy a fully trained AI chatbot
- Replace your basic chatbot with Warmly AI Chat. It is far more configurable and can hold deep product conversations.
- Continu named their bot Nico and fed it everything: product details, pricing, qualification logic, and the exact way their sales team speaks.
- Nico qualifies and disqualifies visitors, answers specific product questions, and books demos via calendar link, without an AE touching it.
The Result
8x pipeline generated and 3 to 3.5x revenue from closed deals attributed to Warmly across orchestrations, chat, and identification. Average deal size is up 10 to 20% because visitors coming through Warmly show far higher intent than a standard demo form submission.
Data quality has been a standout as well. After applying Warmly’s data quality scores, the team is seeing 95% accuracy on identified visitors, well above other tools in the category where stale LinkedIn profiles and old emails are common.
